Our managers are dedicated professionals empowered to ensure our quality assurance policies are implemented to the letter.
Our quality assurance processes include compliance with the Care Standards Act and codes of conduct recommended by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, plus regular monitoring
of guaranteed satisfaction levels through telephone calls, questionnaires and site visits.
Our screening procedures for the selection of agency staff include the following:-
Face-to-face interviews
All candidates are interviewed thoroughly at our offices in Luton, Bedfordshire to enable us assess their skills and experience and get to know their strengths, weaknesses and attitudes. We can then determine which placements suit them best.
Disclosure checks
We go through the Criminal Records Bureau which checks local and national police records, carries out DoH and DeES checks and ascertains suitability of candidates to work with children or vulnerable adults.
Qualification and Registration verification
Checks include Nursing PIN Numbers, GTC membership, GSCC registration and DfES number.
Reference checks
We demand references covering the previous 5 years, one of which must be from the current or last employer.
Work permits and holiday visas
We demand valid work documents from all international candidates.
Health check
Prospective candidates have to sign a declaration confirming they are in good health.
